Please note that a final decision has not been made on this, and may not be made until Thursday morning. We will keep everyone informed if we decide we need to have a snow day with remote learning. If we do move to remote, please note the following information:

Happy 100th Day of School!

In recognition of National School Counselors Week, Fremont-Mills would like to thank Mrs. Tara Christiansen for her work as our 7-12 School Counselor.
“School counselors work with all students to remove barriers to learning by addressing students’ academic concerns, postsecondary options and social/emotional skills,” said Jill Cook, ASCA executive director. “School counseling programs help to increase student achievement and provide a much-needed resource for students, parents, teachers and administrators. School counselors are integral to student success.”
If you see Mrs. Christiansen in the hallway, tell her Thank You.
Fremont-Mills elementary staff and students are celebrating the 100th day of school today!

Tonight's JV and Varsity basketball games at Bedford will allow for 8 spectators per competitor. This includes players, cheerleaders, and coaches.
Activities for the Upcoming Week

Congratulations to Kelly Holt on being selected to run for an FFA Southwest District Officer!

We will be having senior night for our basketball players and cheerleaders prior to the girl's varsity game vs. Sidney on Friday, January 29th.
Fremont-Mills will NOT have school on Wednesday, January 27, 2021. I apologize for the late notice.
Fremont-Mills will have a 90-minute delayed start on Wednesday, January 27, 2021. There are some rural roads that have not been fully plowed yet, which could result in a bus not being able to travel on a few of our side roads. We would like to request your help in transporting your child to school if this is a factor where you live. However, we know that not everyone will be able to do this. Please communicate with the elementary and/or high school offices as needed tomorrow morning.
All evening activities have been postponed. Rescheduling information will be shared as it becomes available.
1-26-21
Fremont-Mills CSD will have another virtual learning day tomorrow. Thank you for your continued support at home. We recognize virtual learning at home does not take the same amount of hours as a regular school day. We also recognize that some students may need to complete this work at various hours of the day, so we hope the assignments are conducive to this. As always, contact your child’s teacher if you have questions about the assignments or have your child email his/her teacher directly.
Elementary
Elementary assignments will be posted via Seesaw (K-2) and Google Classroom (3-6) by 8:30am Tuesday morning. Preschool will use their class Facebook page to share activities. Classroom zooms will not start until 9am or after. More information will be shared with grade level students from the classroom teachers on final due dates for all assignments.
7-12
Assignments and lessons will be posted Tuesday by 8:30 am. Each teacher will have a set time that they will be available via Hangout or Zoom no earlier than 9:00 am. All of the information will be posted via Google Classroom.
Please note: We will continue to monitor the roads before we make an announcement about school on Wednesday. If it is not safe to travel on them, we will announce that Wednesday will be a traditional snow day which means we will take a day off of virtual learning. There is the possibility of having school on Wednesday, so please stay tuned to a final decision later tomorrow.
