Any baseball/softball player that hasn't turned in their uniforms needs to get those in as soon as possible. You can get them to your coach or bring them to the weight room and give them to coach Ernster.
Weight room schedule this week. Monday- Tuesday normal. Wednesday-Thursday no 7:00 am session. 8:00 girls and 9:00 JH will go on as normal. Anyone who will miss the 7 am session can attend 8 or 9 am session. Double check with coaches on open gyms.
The gym floors are being redone for the school year starting Monday 7/22. Both gyms will be closed from July 22nd until August 2nd.

Registration is open for all sports for the 24-25 school year. Parents/Guardians please complete this process to assist us in keeping relevant information to your child organized.
1. Go the FM page on Varsity Bound.
2. Click "Registration"
3. Create your family account or sign in if you made one in the past.
4. Select year 24-45 at the top of the page. Add your child to your account if they do not already appear. Any new 7-12 students will need to be created.
5. Follow the directions to complete the registration process.
6. Students who participated last year should already have up to date information, simply select the activities your child will be participating in and UPLOAD A SIGNED COPY OF THIS YEARS SPORTS PHYSICAL. Just the last page of the physical is necessary.
We would like all sports physicals to be uploaded digitally rather than turned in physically.

Hilary Miller and Debra Wake attended the Iowa Reading Conference at ISU in Ames. They attended concurrent sessions and six keynotes. Two of the featured authors were Jerry Pallotta, author of the "Who Would Win" series and Lauren Tarshis, author of the "I Survived" series.
