
The 4 year old preschool classes enjoyed their monthly Pint Size Science session on November 8. It was all about Animal Adaptations. They learned about animal coverings like fur, feathers, scales, and shells; animal teeth, animal footprints; and animal skeletons/bones.





Our basketball girls will be scrimmaging Glenwood in their main gym at around 8:20 tonight. Admission is $3 a person or $5 a family.

Thank you to Tabor Fire Chief and Captain in the CB Fire department Dan Morse. For teaching a class to all of our coaches and ADs on Sudden Cardiac Arrest and helping our building be more prepared for emergency situations at sporting events.


The Fremont Mills School District would like to thank Keith Barber for serving on the FM School Board for the past twenty-six years.


Thank you to everyone who participated in our food drive. Monday, Fremont Mills Elementary donated 1,180 items to our Tabor Food Pantry‼️ The Hawkeyes received 474 donations and the Huskers swept the competition with 706 items donated! The biggest winner is the Tabor Food Bank!





The FM auditorium had good crowds both Friday and Saturday nights as the FM Drama students presented "The Outsiders" directed by Mrs. Spellman and Leslie Lopez. A stellar cast of FM students brought the S.E Hinton story to life on the FM stage. Excellent work by all!










The NHS hosted a Veterans Day program where local veterans were honored. Major Cole Kilpatrick spoke and inspired our students to make a difference. FM senior, Braxton Kling, was also recognized for joining the Army National Guard after he graduates in May.










The Corner Conference Choir will perform at 6:30 at Sidney High School.

Tomorrow is the 1st day of boys basketball and boys wrestling.
There will be a short boys basketball parent meeting following practice at 6:00 in the MP.

Our lunchroom was full of hungry hippos on Halloween, Thanks to our lunchroom staff for bringing smiles to our students.


Kyanna Renteria (7th Grade Baritone) and Lillian Gill (8th Grade Clarinet) were selected by audition to represent FM at the 33rd Annual SW Iowa Bandmasters MS Honor Band. This year's festival will be held at Atlantic HS on Nov.10 with instrumentalists from over 20 SW Iowa schools


HS students, teachers, parents and grandparents all showed up to help at the Elementary Halloween parties. Thanks to all of the people who helped. Everyone had a lot of fun!
