Today the elementary office received its first positive office referral of the year! Mrs. Goodman sent Jacob to the office for being extra respectful, responsible, and safe in his classroom. Way to go, Jacob!
Tomorrow's high school cross country meet at Shenandoah has been postponed to Tuesday, September 3rd.
Elementary and high school teachers, paraprofessionals and bus drivers spent time this week getting ready for school. We are excited and ready to welcome our students tomorrow!

HS Student Council held its first official meeting for the 2024-2025 school year last night. A major task for the evening was to determine the theme for Homecoming.
We are pleased to announce the 2024 Homecoming theme is “FM’s got game!”
Homecoming is scheduled for Friday, September 27. More details to come.
Monday FM kicked off the week with staff meetings and trainings. We also hosted our annual open house to welcome our students back for another great year.
Don't forget auditions for the school play are tomorrow.

JH Football will start Friday during school (Getting Pads). The first official practice will be Monday August 26th.
JH VB Open Gyms: Monday 2:30-3:30, Tuesday 4:00-5:00, Wednesday 3:30-4:30, Thursday 9: 00-10:00 am , and Friday after school.
JH/HS Cross Country 7:00 am Monday-Thursday. Friday will be after school.
HS VB Practices Monday 3:30-5:30 Tuesday Scrimmage with Riverside TBD Wednesday- Thursday 3:30- 5:30 Friday 4-6
HS Football Practice Monday 2:30-4:30 Tuesday-Thursday 3:30-6:00. Friday Scrimmage @ Audubon starting at 6:30.

We want to remind our FM families that Open House is tomorrow, August 19th from 5:00 pm - 6:30 pm. Students can bring school supplies to their elementary classrooms or JH/HS lockers. Orientation for 7th-grade students and parents will take place starting at 6:15 pm in the auditorium. We are looking forward to seeing you all.
